Returns

We pride ourselves in supplying top-quality goods at great value, and we like to think our reviews prove this. However, sometimes things just don't go to plan, and we understand that people change their minds.

If you decide to return your order, you can cancel up to 30 days after the day of delivery for a refund (subject to the supplier's policies). Before returning, please contact our customer service team for a returns number. Returned goods must be complete, unused, and in "as new" condition. Ensure goods are packaged adequately to keep them safe during transit. Unfortunately, damaged or improperly packaged items will not be accepted.

Please note: You are responsible for returning goods at your expense unless there's a manufacturing fault. Contact Customer Services immediately for issues with manufacturing defects.

We can accept returns if:

  • The item is in stock in our warehouses.
  • The item is regularly sold.
  • The return includes full packs only (no partial packs).
  • The item is in perfect condition.

Note: Carpets are non-returnable as they are custom-cut. Please return products in their original packaging to ensure safety during transit.
